Tengku Djan of Malaysia represented ASEAN at the recent FD Red Bull World Championships at the port of Long Beach. Djan finished as the top ASEAN competitor at the April FD Singapore Championships. Ivan was attached to the Pac Rim Drift Team who has mentored top Formula Drift drivers such as Daijiro Yoshihara. Ivan was placed in the Pac Rim HKS S13 which is maintained by Gearhienz Power Service and HKS USA. The car is fully modified with top-end HKS parts from engine all the way to the tires. The S13 is also the latest addition to Binter’s drift team.

On Oct 4th, Formula Drift Singapore together with Sync Optima conducted our very first Drift 101 Clinic at the Nusajaya Drift track in Johore. The Drift Clinic came about as a result of feedback from many FD Fans who wanted a chance to experience the “Rush” of drifting for themselves. Unlike other courses such as defensive driving, whereby participants are welcome to use their own machine, certain specific vehicle mods are required for drifting, namely, a Rear Wheel Drive vehicle and an LSD (Limited Slip Differential).

So, off to Formula Drift Las Vegas we went.....yah yah...I know...we just needed an excuse to head off to Sin City on the company's expense. Viva Las Vegas!
